About the Role
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day workflow for our clients, including close monitoring, proactive oversight, and effective communication with both internal teams and clients.
This is a permanent role. Monday to Friday - 8:00/9:00am start but we're open to accommodate for the right candidate.
The day to day
Establish strong relationships through regular good communication skills.
Managing general inbox
Investigate, advise and resolve client queries.
Quotes preparation and follow up.
Promote ALS Services Via phone, email, and onsite visits.
Project Implementation administration
Daily monitoring of work orders and communication with senior lab productions staff
Ensuring adherence to clients supplied program information.
Establishing strong relationships through regulator client interaction and face to face contact
Actively marketing the services of laboratory through phone and face to face client contact
Assisting and working together with client services team with tenders and quotes
Providing technical information to customers
About you/The Essentials
Science or Technical ability would be advantageous
Adapt and be able to prioritise daily workload.
Strong customer service focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good planning and organisations skills
Demonstrated judgement and problem-solving skills.
