Job Description SummaryResponsible for leading a scoping team in CXS Japan.
Responsible for selling the company's services through Account Directors’ team to end-user customers in assigned geographic, territory, industry or accounts. Supports ADs to develop new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry or product segment. Manages the scoping team who represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.

Internally recognized technical or business contributor uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
• Possesses the skills and sufficient experience to lead a team and develop members

Job Description:
As a member of the Sales Division, you will be a part of a CXS team.
This position is responsible for driving sales of VMware Cloud Foundation solutions into a defined set of existing large enterprise customers.
We’re looking for experienced sales managers with impact in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Scope, negotiate, and close contracts to exceed all targets.
Establish access and create positive business relationships with key executives and senior-level decision makers including the CISO, Head of CDO, CIO, CTO, LOB Head, etc.
Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to drive product adoption in target accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and territory plans.
Regular forecasting of business opportunities to Sales and executive leadership.
Responsible for staying well-informed about product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features, and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems. This includes interacting with Product Management on an ongoing basis to stay updated.
