As a Client Services Intern at Ogury, you will support the Japan Client Services team with campaign reporting, post-campaign analysis, presentation preparation, and data-related tasks for leading brands and media agencies.
You will gain hands-on experience supporting different stages of the campaign lifecycle, including weekly reporting, post-campaign analysis, presentation preparation, and data management. You may also support cross-functional projects with teams such as Insights and Sales, particularly with data preparation, spreadsheet-based analysis, and internal reporting.
Ogury is a global AdTech company with teams across multiple markets. In this role, you will work closely with the Japan team while gaining exposure to how different functions collaborate within an international organisation.
This is a paid, hybrid internship reporting to the Client Services Director, who will provide day-to-day guidance throughout the internship.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Client Services team throughout the campaign lifecycle, including reporting, post-campaign analysis, presentation preparation, and campaign wrap-up activities.
Assist with reviewing campaign performance data and flagging notable findings or inconsistencies to the team.
Assist with the preparation of weekly reports, including data collection, consolidation, quality checks, and formatting.
Support the creation of post-campaign analysis materials and client presentations by preparing charts, tables, and performance summaries.
Assist with data preparation and basic analysis for internal Insights and research projects using Excel or Google Sheets.
Maintain and update internal trackers, templates, documentation, and shared resources.
Conduct guided research on market trends, competitor activity, and digital advertising topics.
Support the wider Japan team with ad hoc projects and coordination tasks as needed.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
A proactive, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work.
Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and performance data.
Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets and Google Slides.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Previous relevant coursework, university projects, or internship experience is helpful but not required.
