Role and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the creation and documentation of new customers and trading accounts that are acquired by our relationship management staff
They ensure that the documents are complete and ensure a smooth process
You will check and process documents in compliance with the Money Laundering Act and organize your work area independently
Clarification of difficult issues with the relevant departments at the headquarters in London, usually in English
Data entry and maintenance of the CRM system
Further development of back-office processes
Key Skills and Responsibilities
You have completed vocational training in a commercial field or are looking for a challenging career start after a well-completed bachelor's degree
Interest in the capital market and day-to-day stock market events would be desirable, but it is not a requirement
Confidence in the handling of application software
Accurate and efficient way of working
Good knowledge of German and English
