Job Description

As a Client Services Executive, you'll help grow our TenderLink subscription base through new sales. Reporting to Australasian Sales & Services Manager, you'll identify prospects, engage with them by phone and email, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term relationships.

Work that matters - What you'll do

  • Identify prospective clients using a vertical sector approach (e.g., IT, Telecommunications and Construction).
  • Make outbound calls daily, send proposals, and follow up with prospects.
  • Ensure customers are onboarded and set up for success.
  • Respond to inbound queries promptly and professionally, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Record all communications for future reference.
  • Analyse customer feedback to improve processes and products.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build relationships with professionals in medium to large organisations.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Commercial judgement and problem-solving ability.
  • A collaborative, respectful approach and commitment to ethical business practices.
