The Client Services Director should possess the following required skills:
- Work & Industry Experience: Candidates should have 15+years of solution and delivery experience including work within a Management Consulting Organization and serving as an Account Leader. Energy/Utility industry experience preferred. Data, AI, Security, Automation, Large Program Management experience preferred
- Location: Houston, Texas. Must be able to work onsite at the client location as needed.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Technology Management is preferred.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results. Ability to lead cross-functional and technology teams.
- Client Focused, Results-Oriented: A focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering high-quality results. Goal-driven mindset with a track record of driving successful customer outcomes.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $207,000 to $255,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.
