Lead the Delivery of Innovative GCP Solutions for Public Sector Clients as our Client Services Delivery Director at Nerdery

Nerdery is seeking a Client Services Delivery Director to join our growing team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional results for our GCP Public Sector clients.

  • Be the trusted advisor: Work closely with our clients to understand their unique business objectives, their culture, and the way they like to work.

  • Lead with impact: Drive the successful execution and delivery of our GCP products, ensuring client satisfaction and driving growth within our existing accounts.

  • Maximize value: Provide strategic guidance and support to help clients get the most out of their Nerdery experience.

  • Build strong relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with key stakeholders in client organizations, fostering trust and collaboration.

  • Champion excellence: Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure deliverables consistently meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Empower teams: Work with internal leadership to identify and align the right project staffing, fostering team growth and development.

  • Lead with confidence: Negotiate and resolve client issues effectively, identifying and mitigating risks proactively to ensure project success.

  • Collaborate seamlessly: Work closely with Nerdery teams, including growth, project management, and practice leaders, to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and delivery.

  • Champion continuous improvement: Monitor team effectiveness, provide feedback, and coach for continuous growth and improvement.

  • Be the voice of the client: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.

  • Showcase impact: Collaborate with the Delivery teams and Marketing to develop compelling customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies.

  • Contribute to sales success: Participate in the sales process, providing expertise and guidance to ensure successful client alignment and project setup.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification.

  • 15+ years of experience in client services and delivery leadership roles.

  • Proven experience in client-facing leadership roles in consulting.

  • Experience leading projects in the Public Sector.

  • Proactive and client-centric with a focus on driving client satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.

  • In-depth knowledge of delivery methodologies and frameworks.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trusted relationships.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, adept at communicating across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Passion for coaching and elevating teams.

  • Preferred experience working in GCP projects

  • Experience managing software development and/or Data & AI focused projects preferably implemented in GCP.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, flexible during times of change.
