What You Will Be Doing:
Client Service / Billing Coordinators are responsible for all client invoicing as well as vendor payment. They are required to
have strong mathematical and analytical skills for calculating markups and reporting data. They communicate with both
our clients in regards to invoice, sales in regards to rates, and our outside vendors in regards to payments and check
tracking.
 Create job number in ProjectA for each client order
 Allocate costs for each assignment across job numbers
 Properly input client line items at negotiated rates
 Process RIPS invoices for outside vendors
 Field questions from clients regarding invoices
 Field questions from sales regarding ProjectA processes
 Liaise with outside vendors in regards to invoice discrepancies, payment schedules, and general inquiries
 Answer the office phones as needed
 Document each billing assignment in master spreadsheet and other tracking documents
 Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager / supervisor

 Relevant industry or like-minded office experience
 Previous challenging / high demand role
 Numbers / finance driven proficiency
 Strong familiarity with reporting in Microsoft Excel
