The Role

We are looking to fill an immediate need for a Client Services Associate to join our dynamic team. This position favors individuals who have exceptional people skills and a passion for customer service. As a Client Services Associate, your role will be vital in creating and sustaining positive relationships with our clients while delivering extraordinary customer service. Responsibilities of the Client Services Associate:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing customer needs with a professional and positive attitude
  • Build and maintain client accounts by fostering lasting relationships through direct engagements
  • Reviewing customer interactions with management and contributing to any feedback for improving customer service experiences
  • Stay knowledgeable about all products and services to confidently address client questions
