One Park Financial (OPF) is currently seeking Client Services Associates. We specialize in offering flexible financing and funding solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States.
This full-time, entry-level role will involve providing assistance to our external funding partners. Responsibilities primarily include monitoring account reports and ensuring that activity requirements are fulfilled by the Sales Team.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a competitive spirit, and is motivated to excel. Comfort with financial terminology and numerical data is essential. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is outgoing, approachable, and enjoys interacting with people.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Contacts Sales Partners to drive more applications and increase business
- Follows up on pending applications and contracts.
- Reviews application and contractual paperwork to insure accuracy and completion
- Reviews account reports to ensure Sales Team Productivity
- Field support calls, emails, texts
- Supports the Pipeline Manager on any request
- Communicate with external lenders
- Auditing communications between reps and external lenders
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 2+ years work experience in an office environment
- High school diploma
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in financial services or demonstrated proficiency with numbers
- Sales or customer service experience
