Job Overview
The Client Services Assistant I position provides administrative support to the Client Services Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and distribute incoming phone calls on behalf of the corporate Tubelite office (
- Send written warranties to clients (as a back-up)
- Print and distribute conference room schedules daily
- Print and manage order team inbox
- Monitor and distribute faxes
- Enter orders as time allows
- Perform similar and related duties as assigned by department Supervisor of Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Associates degree or minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant experience, preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
- Ability to multi-task
