We're hiring two Client Services Administrators on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our friendly team at Mattioli Woods — one of the UK's leading wealth management firms. No prior experience in financial services is required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
What you'll be doing
contacting clients to book their annual financial review appointments
keeping client records accurate and up to date on our systems
managing your own workload to meet deadlines
supporting senior consultants so they can focus on complex client work
What we're looking for
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
comfortable on the phone and confident in written communication
organised, reliable, and good attention to detail
confident using computers and happy to learn new systems
a positive, can-do attitude — everything else we can teach
