Your impact

As a Client Reporting & Transaction Specialist, you play a key role at the heart of our investment operations. You ensure our clients receive accurate and timely asset reporting, smooth investment transaction handling, and high-quality data insights about their investments. You help shape the client experience and contribute to the ongoing professionalisation of our global processes.

What you’ll do

This vacancy arises in the context of succession planning in the team. Your key responsibilities are:

  • Ensure stable daily operations around client reporting; Maintain/deliver high quality client asset reports;
  • Deliver liquidity planning and investment proposals;
  • Process investment transactions in the family investment funds;
  • Deliver ad hoc reports requests/analyses for internal stakeholders;
  • Deliver accurate and compliant data to fulfil the regulatory reporting requirements;
  • Strengthen data quality and unlock insights through dashboards and improvements
  • Collaborate across teams with colleagues worldwide to keep operations running seamlessly
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that shape the future of Anthos

What you bring

  • A higher vocational education in economics or business
  • 5-10 years of experience in asset-/wealth management
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • A natural collaborator with strong communication skills
  • A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and a passion for improving how things work
  • Fluent in English, Fluency in Dutch is also preferred
  • Numerical aptitude and confidence working with financial and investments data
  • Able to manage confidential data with discretion and integrity
  • Experience in one of the following disciplines: asset reporting, asset transactions, asset management/private wealth management.
  • Experience with automating business processes, implementing/using AI to enhance efficiency and quality of reporting.

Skills Required

  • Higher vocational education in economics or business
