Provide comprehensive support to a global executive, managing calendars, correspondence, meetings, travel, stakeholder communications, confidential records, projects, expenses, invoices, and budget tracking. The role requires proactive prioritization, strong judgment, discretion, and coordination across international stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will work onsite five days per week in Zug, Switzerland, supporting both day-to-day activities and longer-term business priorities.

Serves as the primary HR partner for Anthos Family Office across seven countries, advising the CEO and leadership team on people matters. Leads performance management, talent and succession planning, learning and development, recruitment, engagement, wellbeing, rewards, workforce planning, organizational development, and change initiatives. Advises on employee relations, compensation, job levelling, and benchmarking; partners with HR specialists; liaises with the Dutch Works Council; and improves HR processes and employee experience.
