Support sustainability initiatives across COFRA by conducting research and data analysis on climate, nature, human rights, responsible AI and sustainability regulation; assist climate data collection and projections, screen investment opportunities, help develop sustainability frameworks and policies, maintain databases, and support stakeholder engagement and knowledge-sharing across the group.

Provide comprehensive support to a global executive, managing calendars, correspondence, meetings, travel, stakeholder communications, confidential records, projects, expenses, invoices, and budget tracking. The role requires proactive prioritization, strong judgment, discretion, and coordination across international stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will work onsite five days per week in Zug, Switzerland, supporting both day-to-day activities and longer-term business priorities.
