We are seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily client interactions, ensuring smooth project coordination, and having a solid understanding of IT, cloud services, ERP software, email administration, digital marketing, and business software like HRMS.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to track and manage project milestones and deliverables.

• Support project management efforts with a basic understanding of IT, cloud services, ERP software, HRMS, and digital marketing.

• Provide regular updates and reports to clients, including managing timesheets.

• Address client issues or concerns promptly and ensure timely resolution.

• Identify potential business opportunities within existing client relationships.

• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, both virtual and in-person.

• Assist with the smooth execution of client projects and deliverables.

• Basic knowledge of IT, cloud technologies, ERP software, email administration, and digital marketing.

• Familiarity with business software.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in client coordination or project management roles.

This is a client-based role, with Client Location as the work location. The candidate will coordinate between various departments, bridge communication gaps between us and clients, and ensure smooth project execution.
