Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and present our services to clients onsite and at events.
  • Onboard new merchants and guide registration to completion.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and drive active usage.
  • Provide in-person support; escalate issues that need higher-level help.
  • Execute both scheduled and self-initiated outreach.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development in the hospitality sector;
  • Ability to identify both business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions;
  • Be a strong stakeholder with engagement skills and the ability to interact confidently with a wide variety of people at all levels;
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver parallel projects;
  • Strong language skills with the ability to speak English and Portuguese at a business level.
