In this role, you will be part of our Client Relationship Management (CRM) team, dedicated to serving direct corporate clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—partnering with companies to deliver tailored employee benefit solutions while driving engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Growth : As a growth-driven organisation, you will help achieve team sales goals and growth targets by leveraging on the organisational strategies, tools and services.
  • Client Management: Deliver trusted benefit advisory, hands-on account servicing including day-to-day operations, communication rollouts, issue resolution – to build long-term client partnerships.   
  • Data & Insights:  Extract and analyse data to support strategic decisions and performance reporting for clients under management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:  Coordinate across internal teams and external  partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experience
  • Business Transformation:  Contribute to strategic projects that enhance processes, streamline workflows and elevate service quality.
  • Team Support:  Assist with internal initiatives, events and broader team goals as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder
  • At least 5 years related Industry Experience
  • Microsoft Office & Powerpoint Skills
  • Certifications/licenses – HI, M5 and M9, M9A, BCP, PGI, Com GI
  • Good Communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer focused
  • Proven Decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Project management skill
