Summary:
In this role, you will manage and strengthen relationships with assigned non-acute healthcare clients to deliver a positive, consistent, and value-driven experience with Vizient and Provista procurement solutions. You will drive client outcomes through proactive engagement, strategic coordination, issue resolution, and data-driven insights. You will independently manage a portfolio of client accounts, identify opportunities to enhance engagement and adoption, and collaborate across teams to support client retention, satisfaction, and growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of assigned non-acute healthcare client accounts and serve as the primary relationship owner.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to support engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Lead recurring client meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions to assess progress and identify opportunities.
Identify, escalate, and resolve client issues, risks, and challenges through effective cross-functional collaboration.
Support onboarding and implementation activities to promote successful adoption of contracted procurement solutions.
Coordinate internal resources to deliver consistent service and achieve client objectives.
Analyze contract compliance, purchasing trends, savings performance, and other key metrics to provide actionable client insights.
Collaborate with Sales, Inside Sales, Operations, and other internal partners to support client retention and growth initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, activities, and outcomes within CRM systems.
Provide guidance, best practices, and client strategy support to team members and newer colleagues.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience managing a portfolio of client accounts and prioritizing work based on client needs, risk, and business impact.
Strong relationship management, communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to analyze performance data, interpret trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving resolution of complex client issues.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and navigate ambiguity effectively.
Experience in non-acute healthcare settings, healthcare supply chain, procurement, contracting, or group purchasing organizations preferred.
Experience supporting onboarding, implementation, and adoption of solutions across multiple stakeholder groups preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $59,600.00 to $101,200.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
