We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager / Mobile Sales Representative to join our Truckline team, based out of our Wingfield branch. This is a field-based role responsible for managing and growing a defined territory, servicing truck and commercial workshops while actively developing new business opportunities.

This role is suited to someone who can genuinely talk the talk technically with workshop owners and technicians, while also possessing a strong sales and commercial mindset.

Job Description

As the face of the Truckline brand in your territory, you will take ownership of existing customer relationships while expanding market presence through new business development.

You will spend your days on the road visiting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable parts and solutions, and driving sales growth through trusted relationships.

Success in this role requires a combination of hands-on automotive or electrical knowledge and proven sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, ensuring safe work practices for yourself and customers
  • Manage and grow relationships with truck and commercial workshops across your territory
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities
  • Provide customers with technical product advice and solutions
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain a solid understanding of competitors, pricing, and market activity
  • Analyse customer sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Maintain accurate reporting on customer activity and sales performance

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must bring both technical knowledge and sales experience.

You will ideally have:

  • Automotive, mechanical, or electrical technical knowledge, ideally within trucks or heavy vehicles
  • Experience in field-based sales, account management, or business development
  • Previous exposure to selling parts or solutions into truck, heavy vehicle, fleet, or commercial workshops
  • The confidence and credibility to engage with workshop owners, technicians, and decision-makers
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management abilities
  • A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within your territory

Skills Required
