Client Relationship Management Specialist
Marsh Philippines is looking for a Client Relationship Management Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts, manage communications, and support client relationships across a portfolio of business.

We will count on you to:
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication with assigned accounts
- Follow up on correspondences and manage ongoing communications
- Conduct client research, industry research, benchmarking studies, and risk maps for internal and external use
- Support day-to-day account management tasks, including billing transactional work, calendars, and timelines
- Liaise between internal senior professionals and business accounts
- Manage account concerns or issues and escalate appropriately when needed
- Collect insights on relationship satisfaction and report findings to senior colleagues
- Begin building relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations
- Maintain fluency in the Company’s service offerings and market trends
