The RoleWe are seeking a Client Relationship Management Analyst to help strengthen client satisfaction and retention through excellent service support and data-driven insights. In this role, you will partner closely with relationship leaders and internal stakeholders to ensure client needs are met efficiently, proactively, and consistently.

Key Responsibilities- Client support: Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries; coordinate timely resolution and ensure a strong client experience.
- Client insights & analysis: Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and share periodic reporting on client satisfaction, account performance, and relationship health for leaders and stakeholders.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to align solutions and service delivery with client needs.
- Process improvement: Recommend and support enhancements to improve relationship management practices and operational efficiency.
- CRM documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of interactions, feedback, and action items in the CRM system.
- Market awareness: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to support planning and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- 2–5 years’ experience in client relationship management, customer service, or an analytical client-facing role (experience in Employee Health & Benefits is strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
