Duties and Responsibilities
Client Relationship Executive at TMI is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, and for delivering
client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
The role includes the following:
- This role is primarily an out of office job and requires walking the market.
- Meet 20 to 30 entrepreneurs in his or her designated areas.
- Find out the job roles to be filled in with the clients and arrange further appointments if required.
- Managing and coordinating with clients on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with candidate relationship executives to fill existing job roles.
- Ensure all details are updated online by the end of the day.
Requirements
- Self – Confidence.
- Must be presentable and should be dressed in formal attire.
- Relationship Building – Start every conversation with the intent to build, develop and maintain
- relationships with your candidates.
- Should be outgoing and must be comfortable interacting with people.
- Able to interpret client needs into new reports and systems.
- Should be proactive and take initiative to raise many questions while meeting a client.
Eligibility:
• Vernacular Requirements:
o Should be conversant in English, Telugu and Hindi.
• Computer Skills:
o Proficiency required in Power Point presentations, E-mail and worksheets.
Education Specifications
Any Graduate. MBA Marketing will be an added advantage.
Years of relevant experience:
Fresher or any experienced candidate who has done marketing related job.
Salary
The annual minimum CTC range starts at 1.2lakh per annum. Salary is negotiated based on experience and last drawn pay.
