As a Client Relationship Executive - Private, you will focus on driving revenue growth, promoting the Firm's services, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will utilize market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients, enhance the firm's brand and market presence, and achieve organizational targets. As a Director, you will translate the vision, set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are all foundational to our success.

Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making
- Utilizing CRM software to manage client interactions and optimize sales processes
- Leading business development efforts by identifying gaps in the market and converting opportunities into success
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative marketing campaigns and sales strategies
- Mentoring and guiding team members to cultivate their potential and drive business growth
- Promoting technological advances to create an environment where people and technology thrive together
- Overseeing the development of business cases and proposals to support client acquisition and retention
- Driving thought leadership by developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
What You Must Have
- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
