SUMMARY:
Our Client Service Team consistently strives for service excellence. Client Relationship Administrator’s work with our Service team and provide support to our Financial Advisors. In addition to this, the Client Relationship Administrator is supporting client transition, focuses on the client experience and provides a high-touch experience with our clients. This position is critical to the success of our joining partner firms at Allworth Financial at large.
This is a full-time, Exempt role based out of our Durham, NC office and requires 5 days of in-office work.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers an exceptional client experience to all clients
- Partners with advisor team to set and achieve high service standards
- Supports client transition and focuses on client experience
- Ensures a seamless onboarding experience and works with clients to set a great first impression
- Removes roadblocks for clients and focuses on ease of doing business
- Delivers customized service with each client and demonstrates ownership for every request
- Coordinates client appointments, processes requests received from advisors and clients
- Answers phone calls and emails from clients; follow up on client requests
- Submits transaction requests to the processing team to ensure completion and accuracy
- Achieves high quality and accuracy of work
- Understands department workflows, policies, and procedures to submit requests correctly and timely
- Provides notary services for client transactions
- Assisting other team members with tasks and projects as needed
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements
- Works with our Integration team and new partner advisor(s) on office integration
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in the Financial Services industry
- Passion for excellent service and client satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work daily with frequent interruptions
- Flexible and embraces change
- Strong team player and approachable
- High degree of professionalism
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications required
- Proficient with Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Document Management workflow systems
- BS/BA degree preferred; High school diploma or GED required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Works in an office environment
- Requires extended periods of sitting or standing at a desk, talking on the phone, and typing
- Use hands, fingers to constantly operate a computer and office equipment, such as copy machine and printer
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc…
- May carry or lift weight up to 10 lbs. in very limited occurrences
