1. Premier Client Service & Relationship Management (Primary Focus)
- Act as the primary dedicated liaison for VIP clients, managing complex inquiries related to equities, options, margin, and account management.
- Lead and oversee the seamless end-to-end process for account funding, and stock transfers.
- Proactively monitor client relationships, identify potential needs, and provide dedicated support to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the key point of contact for premier clients, providing timely and accurate responses via email, phone, and other channels.
2. Client Retention & Strategic Support
- Proactively identify at-risk clients expressing dissatisfaction or intending to withdraw significant assets.
- Lead retention efforts by initiating direct contact, understanding the root cause of issues, and presenting tailored solutions to preserve the relationship.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and improve overall service delivery for the premier segment.
- Analyze client feedback and pain points to advocate for platform or service improvements that benefit the HNW client experience.
- Engage in goal-oriented conversations with customers to better understand their needs and guide them toward the products and services that best support their financial goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management/Administration, Finance, Economics and/or related disciplines.
- Additional qualifications in financial planning or investment analysis are advantageous.
- Solid experience in outbound telesales, client relations or a similar role within the stockbroking/finance services company or outbound call center in related industries (fintech, stock brokerage, financial or investment products) is preferred.
- Candidates must have at least 1–3 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Exposure and possessing of product knowledge on capital market, US stock market and investment related field will be an advantage.
- Must have US financial licenses (SIE, S7 and S63) or the willingness to licenses as part of probation requirements.
- Language proficiency in English and Mandarin (reading and spoken) is a must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, and quick learning team player with strong result-driven skills.
- Able to work well under pressure, meticulous and detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
