- With a focus on High Net Worth (HNW) clients and High Value clients, provide comprehensive support and communication to clients based on their trading needs in U.S. stocks, Malaysian stocks, options, and other asset classes offered by Moomoo. Offer services in trading strategy, platform usage support, emotional guidance, and daily trading assistance. Build relationships with clients and achieve KPI goals.
- Proactively explore client potential by leveraging market insights, product offerings, rewards, and services. Utilize various communication methods such as phone calls, in-person visits, in-platform messaging, and Whatsapp messaging to achieve periodic client communication and KYC objectives. Drive asset growth, revenue growth, trading activity, and fund retention in clients’ Moomoo accounts, enhancing client loyalty and brand trust.
- Adapt and optimize sales scripts and SOPs based on diverse client needs to improve sales conversion efficiency.
- Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders based in-country and regional office to ensure the quality of client service and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- From time to time, participate in client events and assist in any duties necessary. Events can include but are not limited to market outlook events, new store launch events, investment seminar and conference events.
- Have willingness and openness to learn and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency in terms of customer service and product promotion. Able to articulate technology capabilities and guide users how best to navigate platform tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, business, marketing, or related fields preferred.
- At least 1 - 3 year of relevant work experience in financial institutions such as banks or securities firms, with familiarity with industry competitors and business processes. Strong risk awareness and compliance mindset.
- Prior experience in trading U.S. stocks, options, and Malaysian stocks, with familiarity with Moomoo products, is preferred.
- Possession of the Capital Market Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) for Dealing in Securities (passed Module 6 & 7 exams) or commitment to obtain it after joining.
- Strong communication and comprehension skills, team collaboration mindset, and execution ability. Responsible, proactive in identifying, understanding, and solving problems.
- Bumiputera candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Good command of English and Malay; proficiency in Chinese (reading and spoken) is an added advantage.
