The Role

Title: Client Relations Manager   
Location: Pennsylvania, and ability to travel to other markets within New Jersey and Delaware  

Employment Type: Full-Time   

Schedule: Monday - Friday, evening/weekend flexibility required  

Salary Range: $75,000-80,000 

Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision (with company contribution), Paid Time Off, 401k

Position Overview: 

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our healthcare partners, facilities, and community stakeholders. This role is essential to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support, while also identifying opportunities to improve and expand our ambulance transportation services. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, problem solver, and advocate for both client satisfaction and operational excellence. 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Serve as a client-facing member of the operations leadership team and a point of contact for client representatives  

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and any service concerns or issues. 

  • Communicate client needs and updates to all necessary DocGo departments 

  • Monitor and maintain client relationships with current DocGo partners  

  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing client relationship  

  • Schedule and lead regular client meetings, performance reviews, and satisfaction surveys 

  • Partner with operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery 

  • Ensure quality and productivity of staff performance through performance evaluation and counseling  

  • Monitor service quality metrics and coordinate with internal teams to address performance issues or complaints 

  • Document client interactions, feedback, and opportunities for improvements 

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and referrals 

  • Support onboarding and education for new clients to ensure a smooth start to services. 

  • Work collaboratively with the billing, compliance, and clinical teams to ensure seamless service from end to end.

  •  Ensure proper communication of all company and client policies to all staff members timely and effectively  

  • Schedule staff as necessary to fit business demands

  • Recommend effective changes to schedule for selected employees to fit demands as necessary  

  • Generate employee productivity and satisfaction reports to the appropriate stakeholders in the business  

  • Make recommendations to improve operational efficiency 

  • Maintain company compliance with OSHA regulation 

  • Represent the company at client-facing events, community meetings, and networking functions as needed 

  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:   

  • 2–4 years of experience in client services, account management, or business development—preferably in EMS, healthcare, or transportation 

  • 2+ years in a supervisory role  

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution abilities. 

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts or priorities. 

  • Knowledge of HIPAA, EMS operations, or healthcare logistics is a plus.
