We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Relations Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building professional relationships, and supporting clients through exceptional communication and service.
The Client Relations Associate will play an important role in maintaining strong client partnerships, assisting with account coordination, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring clients receive a positive experience throughout each project. This role provides valuable experience in client management, communications, event support, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely communication
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and follow-ups
- Assist with client onboarding, account coordination, and project support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and project goals are met
- Support event marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and client activations
- Track project timelines, client requests, and important deliverables
- Prepare client presentations, reports, meeting notes, and follow-up materials
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and overall experience
- Assist with resolving client questions or concerns in a professional manner
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred

What We Do
Invictus MSI is a team-oriented Marketing and Advertising firm focused on empowering change and social justice campaigns to help local Bay Area communities. Our 501(C)3 nonprofit clients have long histories of bringing creative, evidence-based solutions to major societal problems that require our collective, immediate response. Recently, their focus is attacking the opioid and gun violence epidemic in schools, but they currently offer more than 20 programs to promote safer, happier communities for children to grow up in.
