We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Relations Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building professional relationships, and supporting clients through exceptional communication and service.

The Client Relations Associate will play an important role in maintaining strong client partnerships, assisting with account coordination, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring clients receive a positive experience throughout each project. This role provides valuable experience in client management, communications, event support, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely communication
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates and follow-ups
  • Assist with client onboarding, account coordination, and project support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs and project goals are met
  • Support event marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, and client activations
  • Track project timelines, client requests, and important deliverables
  • Prepare client presentations, reports, meeting notes, and follow-up materials
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and overall experience
  • Assist with resolving client questions or concerns in a professional manner
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
