Program Manager

What success looks like in this role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex, customer-focused programs. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project schedules, supporting budget oversight, and identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

• Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the normal project scope.

• Represents Unisys to client senior management, ensuring mutual understanding of how Unisys and clients can work together to optimize product application and achieve business success.

• Identifies new program and project opportunities with potentially company-wide impact.

• Leads and oversees project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution and post-project review.

• Initiates and leads project / program management process improvement task forces, facilitating and encouraging improvement based on lessons learned and state-of-the-art project management techniques.

• Drives change and continually improves the efficiency and effectiveness of Program / Project Management.

• Sought out by executives to lead or provide advice on important projects.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• NV1 Security Clearance is required for this role.

• 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

• Master’s degree preferred
