As a CRM Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for working with new and existing SMB customers to ensure that they are successful with Intapp solutions. As part of the company’s Client Relationship Management organization, you will work with all Intapp departments to ensure a client’s journey from purchase to production is smooth and well managed. You will also monitor a client’s on-going health and establish a cadence for client interactions that ensure each customer is fully optimized on their existing deployed solutions. In summary, your job is to ensure that you deliver value to our customers. 
What You'll Do:

  • Manage ongoing customer needs effectively to drive high customer retention and loyalty

  • Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally.

  • Drive customer participation in Intapp Communities and use of available knowledge base and online support tools.

  • Assess and document renewal health and address any obstacles creating renewal risk.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying client needs and developing solutions

  • Work with key accounts to establish critical goals / performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.

  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.

  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy.

  • Use CRM and client success systems and tools to develop periodic (monthly, quarterly, annually) targeted outreach campaigns geared to ensure adoption, minimize churn and increase upsell of Intapp products and solutions.

What You'll Need:

  • 3-5 years of customer facing experience in a Client Success, Sales, Account Management or Project Management role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of Intapp solution sets and the business problems they address for customers

  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Ability to manage proactive and reactive tasks effectively

  • Experience delivering and driving software implementation and adoption best practices

  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customer stakeholders

  • High technical aptitude to learn basics of customer use cases and architectural requirements for Intapp solutions
