Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Partner to join our Platform & Digital Business team in South Korea. This role is focused on supporting the growth of our partnerships with South Korea's digital platforms and ad-tech companies. You will play a crucial part in executing our commercial strategy, managing key partner relationships, and helping to drive revenue within this critical, high-growth sector.

Driving Growth & Strategy

As a core member of the Enterprise Growth Team, you will be instrumental in expanding our footprint and achieving ambitious revenue targets:

  • Sales Execution: Support the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying new opportunities to preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.

  • Pipeline Management: Diligently manage your sales pipeline in our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date to support team forecasting.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about the latest trends in the South Korean digital and ad-tech landscape to identify potential opportunities and understand the competitive environment.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales members, as well as our Product and Operations teams, to deliver effective solutions for our partners.

Client Engagement

You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong client partnerships, ensuring maximum value delivery:

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key day-to-day contacts and decision-makers within your client accounts.

  • Solution Expertise & Presentation: Develop a strong working knowledge of Nielsen's measurement solutions and deliver clear, effective presentations that show clients how our products meet their business needs.

  • Client Onboarding & Feedback: Work closely with internal operations and service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and provide crucial feedback to product teams on potential service improvements.

  • Applying the Right Solutions: Collaborate with senior team members to understand the full product portfolio and help identify the most suitable solutions for your clients' needs.

  • Account Intelligence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client activity, business needs, and key contacts in our CRM to support the wider account strategy.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: You have 3-6+ years of experience in a commercial, sales, or partnership role within the digital media, ad-tech, or platform technology sectors.

  • Local Market Knowledge: You have a strong familiarity with the South Korean digital ecosystem and a proven aptitude for building a professional network.

  • Commercial Acumen: You possess a proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets, and have a strong desire to grow a career in strategic digital sales.

  • Language Skills: Business fluency in both Korean and English is essential.

Competencies & Skills

  • Technical Aptitude: You have a strong interest in and ability to understand technical concepts related to ad-tech, data, and digital measurement.

  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience using a CRM platform, like Salesforce, is highly required for pipeline and activity tracking.

  • Relationship Building: You excel at building rapport and maintaining strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Communication Skills: You can clearly articulate ideas and present information effectively to clients and colleagues.
