Job Description
OVERVIEW:
The Client Partner is responsible for growing and managing the client base for our sports performance (Synergy) products. This includes maintaining relationships, managing, developing, researching, and marketing.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Sales - grow our college and/or junior college clientele. Ensure that the sales process is managed: initiate, cultivate, grow and build quality relationships with college coaches for the purpose of expanding the use of our sports performance products in the basketball, baseball, and softball marketplace.
- Client Relations – drive relationship management by staying ahead of client needs and requests.
- Manage all interactions with teams, offer follow up, and education.
- Help clients maximize the benefits or our products, introduce new product features and capability as our offering evolves
- Develop new ideas, improved ways to market, sell, support and grow the company.
- Maintain deep understanding in all facets of of our various products and effectively demonstrate their capability to prospective and current clients.
- Research our competition and our market in order to clearly understand and communicate our strengths and advantages.
- Support product marketing via the media, email, print, and social media to our target audience
- Submit and approve invoices and client orders, oversee and assist with collection of invoiced amounts.
- Complete special projects as needed and as assigned
- Attend company training meetings while developing positive relationships with all employees.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Previous Sales and Account Management, or other related experience is required
- 4-5 years previous coaching or ops experience in D1 basketball level
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to anticipate customer’s needs and match them with appropriate products and services
- Team-oriented, collaborative and passionate about our products and services
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
HIGHLY DESIRED:
- Knowledge of basketball, baseball, softball
- Previous recruiting experience particularly within JUCO level
- Salesforce experience is beneficial but not required
- Knowledge of Synergy and other industry leaders editing software and other analytic providers/services
Pay Range: $60K- $70K + bonus
Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. Base pay is just one component of the Total Rewards that Sportradar provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
