Job Summary
As a Client On-boarding Operations Analyst within the Client On-boarding Operations team, you will partner with business-facing teams to ensure all account opening and KYC maintenance activities are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards. You will validate documentation for new and existing clients, conduct risk assessments, and maintain detailed records to support audit readiness. Your role requires strong collaboration, analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in client servicing and compliance processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and validate client KYC documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all required documentation is collected and maintained according to regulatory standards.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of existing client KYC records to ensure compliance.
- Assess client risk profiles and perform enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Compliance teams, and other stakeholders to address KYC-related inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on KYC activities, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and assist in implementing updates to KYC processes.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- University graduate with 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, with a background in KYC or client onboarding.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong judgment, decision-making, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a team environment.

- Proven experience in business analysis and driving operational change.
- Ability to manage stakeholders across different functional groups and regions.
