Key responsibilities ✨
- Drive team performance by setting clear objectives and daily monitoring of O2C indicators (unallocated cash, payment delays, DSO).
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and translate the company's vision into concrete operational actions for the team.
- Represent the ClientOps team in internal and external meetings and improve workflows between different departments.
- Actively support operations by identifying bottlenecks in debt collection and implementing automated or more agile processes.
- Lead and develop the team: manage HR cycles (1:1s, performance reviews, career plans) to maintain high engagement and low turnover.
- Supervise and optimize support flows (Jira) to ensure fast resolution of issues for both clients and internal stakeholders.
About you 🧑🚀
- O2C Expertise: Deep understanding of billing and proven experience in debt collection and customer relations.
- Operational Finance Experience: Solid background in a scale-up, B2B, or digital marketplace environment, with a strong technical appetite for automated processes.
- People Management: Confirmed experience in management, conflict resolution, and performance tracking.
- Organization and Autonomy: Rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to provide analytical reports while suggesting improvements.
- Resilience: Ability to adapt quickly to new products, features, and tools.
- Tools: Proficiency in collection software (e.g., MyDSO 360) and advanced Excel skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English and French.
