In this role, you willMaintain operational accuracy and visibility — update and manage trackers, spreadsheets, and internal systems to ensure deal status, documentation, and timelines are always current.
Problem-solve and exercise judgment — identify issues, gather missing information, resolve straightforward requests efficiently, and escalate when needed to keep deals moving.
Operate with speed and precision — manage multiple active transactions at once while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.
Internal Collaboration — own the operational coordination between clients, Sales, and Engineering to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and accurately.
Support users in navigating the product — help buyers and sellers understand how to use the Garage platform and complete required actions smoothly.
Is confident navigating spreadsheets, trackers, and multiple data sources with the ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly.
Skilled at engaging with customers and building trust through clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Able to prioritize and manage multiple active requests and deadlines efficiently.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
3+ years of experience in operations, customer-facing, or analytical roles.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to handle client concerns professionally via phone and email.
Proficient with ticketing and project management tools (e.g., Pylon, Notion) to manage tasks, workflows, and client requests
Experience operating in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
