About the position

As the Client Onboarding Specialist, you will report to the Director of Customer Success. The Onboarding Specialist is the client's first stop post-sale and provides an excellent onboarding experience to optimize client retention and maximize engagement and tool utilization. You will make sure the client is able to launch their first campaign from start to finish, giving them a full sense of the Upfluence platform's value and reach.

Main goals

  1. Make software onboarding a powerful lever for software retention
  2. Help your clients hit adoption targets within their first 30 and 90 days
  3. Monitor your clients' software usage and activity during the onboarding phase
  4. Oversee handover with the Customer Success team

Responsibilities

As a Software Expert

  • Be Upfluence's software expert, guiding clients seamlessly through their first steps on the platform
  • Own the client's software adoption, including integrations and features
  • Own the rollout of AI features to your client base, positioning yourself as their go-to resource for getting the most out of the platform
  • Learn and test every new software update
  • Report software bugs or anomalies to the Support team

As a Great Campaign Strategist

  • Qualify the client's objectives and priorities regarding influencer marketing and software usage
  • Create campaign materials (campaign brief, emails) and set up the client's campaign workflow on the platform
  • Monitor client software activity during the onboarding phase
  • Be the client's best ally and guide for their influencer marketing efforts
  • Stay at the edge of influencer marketing trends and best practices

Skills Required

  • Experience onboarding clients to a SaaS platform and guiding first campaign launches
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies and campaign setup (briefs, outreach emails, workflows)
  • Ability to manage software adoption including integrations and rollout of new features (including AI)
  • Comfort testing software updates and reporting bugs or anomalies to Support
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
  • Monitor client usage/metrics and drive adoption targets within first 30 and 90 days
  • Create campaign materials (campaign briefs, outreach emails) and set up campaign workflows
  • Stay current on influencer marketing trends and best practices
