As the Vice President within the Asset and Wealth Management Client Onboarding Regulatory & Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE), you will lead high-impact initiatives such as data quality root cause analysis and regulatory inquiries. You will collaborate with business, technology, and control partners to deliver insights and support both regulatory and management requests. The role requires a strong technical background and expertise in modern data environments and advanced analytics tools. You will ensure analytic approaches are robust, scalable, and compliant with governance standards, while effectively communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will promote innovative, data-enabled solutions to complex business challenges, maintain a strong focus on data integrity and compliance, and influence stakeholders through independent leadership, leveraging at least 15 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and support initiatives such as data quality root cause analysis, regulatory inquiries, management requests, and data lineage analysis.
  • Oversee onboarding/KYC-related and data remediation activities, including duplicate remediation, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Perform deep data profiling and analysis using advanced data tools and environments.
  • Develop and deliver data product prototypes and analytic solutions to address business needs and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Champion automation initiatives leveraging Intelligent Automation (IA) platforms.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and control partners to understand requirements, deliver insights, and support regulatory and management requests.
  • Ensure analytic approaches are robust, scalable, and aligned with data governance and compliance standards.
  • Drive impactful solutions to complex business and data challenges within the Data Profiling and Ad Hoc Data Science team.
  • Translate business needs into actionable data solutions as a subject matter expert in wealth and asset management, customer, account, and related data domains.
  • Maintain a strong focus on data integrity, quality, and compliance while aligning analytic approaches with business objectives.
  • Influence stakeholders and lead initiatives independently or as part of a team, serving as a regional liaison for global teams on data and control matters.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in data analytics, data mining, data processing, and data remediation.
  • Utilize advanced business intelligence tools such as SQL, Alteryx, QlikView, Tableau, and Snowflake.
  • Manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exercise strong judgment to balance strategic vision with pragmatic delivery.
  • Build and grow data science capabilities while developing talent.
  • Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders through excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Initiate and organize complex projects as a self-starter with robust organizational skills.
  • Influence executives and project teams to drive outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively and engage stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate across diverse functions, locations, and businesses with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Adapt quickly to the demands of a fast-paced and highly regulated industry.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • 7+ years of experience in data-enabled analytics or related fields within financial services.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in wealth and asset management, customer, account, and related data domains.
  • Proven ability to execute in a matrixed and complex environment, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in strategic or transformational change initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative and intellectually challenging environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to challenge the status quo, think creatively, and solve problems.
