The Role
The COL Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end management of client onboarding activities, legalization processes, and loan request activities within the Client Onboarding & Lending team. This role operates at the intersection of compliance, operational excellence, and AI-powered investigation, leveraging advanced AI tools, to ensure accuracy, regulatory adherence, and efficiency across all case types.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute client onboarding activities in line with company policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
- Perform quality checks on identity verification processes, including review of flagged cases;
- Collect and validate customer data, ensuring completeness and resolving missing information when needed;
- Conduct investigations (e.g. representation & UBO checks) to ensure compliance when automated processes are insufficient;
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant customer records through ongoing and ad-hoc reviews;
- Participate in data quality controls and reporting reviews, taking corrective actions where necessary;
- Conduct manual legalization investigations and ensure proper documentation of all steps;
- Verify contract documentation, including accuracy of customer signatures and completeness of required fields;
- Support loan application processes, including data verification, case handling, and coordination with internal teams;
- Manage cases and escalations, resolving customer requests within SLA and maintaining detailed documentation for audit purposes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field is preferred;
- At least 1–2 years of experience in client onboarding, compliance operations, or a related role is preferred;
- Experience with CRM or case management systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred;
- High attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and a process-oriented mindset;
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent cases while maintaining accuracy and meeting SLAs;
- Proficiency in AI tools (e.g. Custom GPTs, ChatGPT) for investigations and the ability to critically apply outputs; experience with Dynamics 365, Power BI, and SharePoint is a plus;
- Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and verbal; additional languages are an advantage.
