The Client Onboarding Executive is the main point of contact with our new clients, ensuring their onboarding experience is outstanding. The main responsibilities are:
- Onboarding of new properties in UK and Ireland (Both remote calls and face-face meetings in London).
- Create lasting relationships with clients that build trust in the initial stages of the Houst partnership.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Set up client accounts, including property details and service requirements.
- Provide clear communication and training on Houst's services and tools.
- Address and resolve any initial client concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
