    Job Description

    Client Onboarding Consultant needs the ability to execute and manage the setup of clients, users, products and payers as required based off contract, SOW and STI. Accountable for the entire client set up, collection of required documentation, clear documentation of status of process, detailed orientated, meet the expected timeline and not delay implementation and ongoing client success. Raise any concern with scope and/or deliverables to management. Ability to perform all required job tasks for area of assignment.

    1. Review and verifies the accuracy of all required documents and work with client and internal teams to perform all required tasks for Onboarding clients and a successful implementation. 
    2. Coordinates and conducts Onboarding client meetings, prepares and
    distributes agenda meeting minutes and documentation collection to clients.
    3. Collects relevant client information to setup client accounts
    4. Participates in all required meeting (internal and external) to support the Onboarding of a client
    5. Maintains and share status of assigned Client Onboarding tasks and updates all required applications 
    6. Documents, obtains approval, and tracks all changes impacting client Onboarding, and communicates changes and events to concerned parties. 
    7. Elevate any issues/concerns relating to assigned Client Onboarding to leadership for guidance and direction.
    8. Develop and maintain healthy relationship, build trust and transparency, and promote loyalty with clients and internal teams.
    9. Maintain and sustain performance expectations
    10. May be required to assist with other assigned duties/task as requested by leadership

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
    • Healthcare Revenue Cycle Experience is preferred*
    • Minimum 2 years' experience 
    • Basic knowledge of project management methodology and tools including software.
    • Basic knowledge of computer systems and processes and PC desktop applications.
    • Basic knowledge of business unit products and operations.
    • Basic knowledge of legislation and regulations impacting business unit industry.
    • Basic oral and written communication skills.
    • Basic organizational and critical thinking skills
    • Limited Travel may be required
