We are looking for a Client Onboarding Administrator to support Eightcap’s growth by managing the onboarding of new client accounts and maintaining accurate client information across our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account administration and client service, with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. This role plays a key part in driving our mission to provide an exceptional experience to both our clients and team.

Key Responsibilities

    • Process new account applications and onboard new clients.
    • Work closely with the Client Relationship team and ensure client needs are met.
    • Respond to internal queries relating to account management.
    • Respond to incoming application enquiries from the client via email.
    • Ensure industry & company standards for AML/KYC are met.
    • Provide assistance in the creation and implementation of new procedures and processes.

Requirements
    • Previous experience in client onboarding - in a plus but not mandatory
    • Strong account management skills
    • Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot day to day issues
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Fluent in English
    • Computer literacy and above average data entry skills
    • Able to multitask and prioritise tasks
    • Strong ability to work as part of a team but also independently as required
    • Willingness to work shifts with the ability to work weekends and/or public holidays if necessary
