We are looking for a Client Onboarding Administrator to support Eightcap’s growth by managing the onboarding of new client accounts and maintaining accurate client information across our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account administration and client service, with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. This role plays a key part in driving our mission to provide an exceptional experience to both our clients and team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new account applications and onboard new clients.
- Work closely with the Client Relationship team and ensure client needs are met.
- Respond to internal queries relating to account management.
- Respond to incoming application enquiries from the client via email.
- Ensure industry & company standards for AML/KYC are met.
- Provide assistance in the creation and implementation of new procedures and processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in client onboarding - in a plus but not mandatory
- Strong account management skills
- Ability to think analytically and troubleshoot day to day issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluent in English
- Computer literacy and above average data entry skills
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Strong ability to work as part of a team but also independently as required
- Willingness to work shifts with the ability to work weekends and/or public holidays if necessary
