You'll own the migration journey end-to-end, bringing together clients, commercial and client success teams and technical specialists to deliver a seamless transition. This is a highly visible role suited to someone who thrives on creating structure, managing stakeholders, driving projects to agreed timelines and guiding clients through change.
Job Responsibilities

- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, responsibilities and communication schedules, maintaining a clear view of each client's migration progress.
- Coordinate activities across clients, client success and commercial teams, product specialists and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Lead internal project meetings and client, where needed, providing clear updates on progress, risks, decisions and next steps.
- Present migration plans and status updates to clients, leadership teams and broader business audiences.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies and roadblocks, driving appropriate action and escalation where required.
- Support clients through the migration process, helping them understand changes, key decisions and required actions.
- Work with technical, data and reports specialists to understand requirements relating to platforms, databases, segmentation and client hierarchies.
- Coordinate readiness, testing, transition and post-migration handover adoption activities.
- Partner with Account Leads to coordinate and track client requirements, decisions and actions throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement by helping standardise migration processes, templates, communications and ways of working.
What are we looking for?

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at different stages.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Confident stakeholder management skills across clients, internal teams and senior leaders.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to present plans and simplify complex information.
- Experience supporting people or clients through process, technology or platform change.
- Comfortable taking the lead, creating structure and holding stakeholders accountable for actions.
- Able to understand technical and data concepts without needing to build the solution yourself.
- Strong risk, issue and dependency management.
- A practical, adaptable and calm approach when priorities or project requirements change.

- Experience within FMCG, retail, consumer data, market research, analytics or a related environment.
- Experience migrating clients between platforms, systems or reporting solutions.
