Nexus Marketing is looking for 3 exceptional individuals to join our SEO Client Marketing Operations Start Class!Are you a fresh grad or early-career professional looking to kickstart your career in digital marketing? Do you want hands-on training, a clear growth path, and the chance to work with global clients?
This is a full-time position, with a 3-month paid training program designed to help you master SEO and marketing operations.
Start Class Details:
3-month intensive paid SEO training program
In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our account management team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Transition into a client-facing role once you’re ready to become the go-to person for your own set of clients.
Compensation Pathway
Hourly compensation is in $USD
We offer a competitive salary with a target of 42.5 billable hours per week
Additionally, you accrue Life Leave, which can optionally be cashed in each year, adding to your earnings
We believe in rewarding growth - here’s how your journey will look:
Training Period: $5/hr (40 hours a week) / Approx 45,000 PHP a month, depending on hours and US conversion rates.
Post-Training - 3 months have passed since your start date, you are 50% billable in the allocation, and you've received approval from leadership and your manager.
$7/hr (42.5 hrs a week) / Approx 67,000 PHP a month
6 months have passed since your start date, you are 65% billable, and you've received approval from leadership and your manager.
$8/hr / Approx 77,000 PHP a month
9 months have passed since your start date, you are 75% billable, and you've received approval from leadership and your manager.
$9/hr / Approx 87,000 PHP a month
12 months have passed since your start date, you are 75% billable, and you are operating fully independently in the role with minimal feedback from your manager.
$10.50/hr / Approx 100,000 PHP a month
All rates shown are the overall USD/hour target (before any transaction or international transfer fees) for full-time hours.

Work Setup
Remote, work-from-home (equipment provided).
US EST hours (8 pm–5 am PHT / 9 pm–6 am PHT during DST).
Full-time position with clear compensation growth.

If you’re an ambitious, fast-learning, and motivated graduate ready to dive into digital marketing, we want you on our team.
In this role, you will:
Act as the face of the agency for our US-based clients
Research client account and current status of various initiatives
Analyze marketing data and prepare analysis for clients
Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for client meetings
Schedule and lead Zoom calls with clients
Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to clients assigned to you
Coordinate with other teams to resolve client issues quickly
Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to customer success
Rely on analytics to determine clients and partners that you should reach out to in order to help them see the best success with their accounts.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and interactions
Interview and Timeline:
We’re conducting interviews right now and will be selecting 3 candidates for this program.
Target Start Date: December 2025 or early January 2026 (exact date TBD based on interview outcomes)
All 3 hires will begin together as part of the same cohort.

Paid Vacation Leave
20 days accrued annually
These paid days off each equate to 8.0 hours of billable time.
Expect to use 5 of the days during the Christmas – New Year’s period.
Paid Sick Time
5 sick days off annually
Paid Life Leave
15 days accrued annually.
Once per year in December, you can cash out any accrued life leave time.
Life Leave allows team members to use their holidays as it’s meant to be – a break – whilst knowing they’ve got the breathing space to tap into extra leave for the planned and unplanned life moments.
