当社のグループ全体で、航空宇宙セクターを成長セクターの一つとして位置づけ、審査サービスの需要の増加を見込んでいるため、当ポジションを募集します。
【ミッション】
航空宇宙産業の成長に寄与できるよう、お客様を元気づけられるような審査サービスを提供したいと考えております。
【職務内容】
主に航空宇宙産業における認証審査をお任せいたします。審査は日本語で実施しますが、作成する書類、レビュワーとのやり取りは英語となります。
・専門知識を提供し、審査もしくは検証報告書を作成し、認証を決定するための推薦を行う
・認証判定プロセスの確実な遂行
・BSI が提供する製品およびソリューションを顧客に推進し、顧客の業績を向上させる
・ビジネスパフォーマンス、リスク管理、卓越性の習慣化
また、講師業務に興味があれば、トレーニングサービスの講師としてもご活躍いただくことができます。
勤務地：東京本社
勤務時間：9：00～17：30（休憩60分）
休日休暇：土日祝祭日、有給休暇初年度最大14日（入社月によって異なります）、慶弔休暇など
待遇：通勤費、各種社会保険、

【必須（MUST）】
1．直近の10年で4年間以上、航空宇宙防衛産業または機関において、主要構成品/装備品等のエンジニアリング、設計、製造、品質又は工程管理に直接関与した常勤の実務経験を有すること。
2．マネジメントシステムに対する実務知識と経験を有すること。
3．大卒（理系卒）以上の学歴を有すること。
4．報告書の読み書きができる程度の英語力を有すること。

Skills Required
- At least four years of full-time experience within the past 10 years directly involved in engineering, design, manufacturing, quality, or process management of major components or equipment in the aerospace and defense industry or related organizations.
- Practical knowledge and experience with management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline.
- English proficiency sufficient to read and write reports.
- Basic English reading comprehension.
- Experience conducting ISO-related audits.
- Management experience, such as department head, deputy department head, or group leader.
- Experience with maintenance, modification, or repair at an aircraft maintenance organization approved by a civil or military aviation authority.
