Job Role: Intermediary Client Manager (Taipei)
Overview of role
The role is to build, maintain, and manage relationship management for the assigned channels and to achieve sales target.
Responsibility
Establish strong relationship with gate keepers, key decision makers and influencers for the assigned channels.
Work with assigned channels on fund on-boarding to enhance product offering and to roll out campaigns to drive sales.
Identifying potential opportunity and growing business from assigned channels.
Develop business from under-tapped channels.
Conduct branch roadshows/trainings/client seminars.
Meet individual sales target and facilitate team head to achieve team goal.
Work closely within the team and cross-team to drive best sales results.
Executing agreed plans and assigned duties.
Collect and share market intelligence in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of intermediary sales experience
Experience in ETF or handling insurance channel/bancassurance/bank would be a plus
SITCA SITE/SICE or Senior Broker License is required.
University graduate or above
Essential Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationship with channel partners and engage with people
Good articulation and presentation skills
Teamwork mindset
Previous experience of driving successful channel sales
Good business astute and good business risk conduct
Desirable Skills
Good command of English is preferred.
