Serve as the primary client liaison to drive renewals, strategic relationships, and service delivery improvements. Coordinate internal teams, manage key accounts in SFDC, define renewal strategies, support growth and cross-sell, and provide expertise on healthcare and social security regulations. Travel as required.

  • Partner with sales consultants for efficient implementation of new business and smooth transition into the client management team.

  • Develop strategic relationships with key partners and understand clients' strategic business goals.
