As Client Manager Supply Chain Transformations, you’ll focus on developing and expanding client relationships over time. You’ll work closely with our consulting delivery teams to drive impact and grow accounts through a structured, long-term approach.

What you’ll do
Own and grow a portfolio of clients
Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and take responsibility for the commercial success and development of your accounts.Drive account expansion and identify new opportunities
Spot client needs and translate them into concrete opportunities, expanding engagements step by step.Sell end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives
Lead or support sales cycles from initial use case to broader transformation programs, together with internal experts.Act as the main commercial contact for your clients
Serve as the trusted point of contact, guiding clients through their planning journey and ensuring continuous alignment.Collaborate closely with on-site delivery teams
Work hand-in-hand with consultants to understand client context, ensure alignment, and uncover new growth opportunities.Translate client needs into value-driven solutions
Structure client challenges into clear value propositions and connect them to scalable planning solutions.Support proposals, workshops, and client discussions
Contribute to shaping proposals and participate in client conversations to clearly articulate value and impact.Maintain pipeline and proactively drive follow-up
Keep a clear overview of opportunities and ensure consistent, timely follow-up to maintain momentum.Contribute to lead generation and selectively open new accounts
Leverage your network and market presence to generate new opportunities where relevant.

About youYou bring around 8-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting, planning transformation consulting, or a related commercial consulting environment.
Experience working with or managing client relationships
Strong knowledge of planning (S&OP, IBP, demand/supply, inventory)
Familiar with tools like Anaplan, Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP
Commercial mindset with a relationship-driven approach
Strong communicator and stakeholder management.
Fluent in English
