Job Qualification

Education:

Minimum university diploma/degree in one of the following: Agriculture, Forestry, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, or other related to Food/Agriculture/Environment/Social/Occupational Health and Safety Fields.

Working experience:

• Preferably at least five (5) years of professional experience in areas of work related to the audit or demonstrable equivalent (Food Sector, Agriculture, Organic Agriculture, Forestry, Environmental, Ecology, etc.).

Technical qualification:

• Minimum qualified as BSI Internal and Special Audit Lead Auditor
• 2nd party auditor, RBA, Social responsibility, SA8000 is preferable.
• Specific assessment, including legal, technical, environmental, and social issues.
• Field experiences in any audit sector, or / and demonstrate environmental/ecological equivalent auditing experience.
• International, local, and regional knowledge and experience, including knowledge of laws.
• Qualified qualifying reviewer for auditor and lead auditor in Internal and Special Audit Schemes.

Other qualification:

• Language: English, verbal and written
• Auditing skills (including remote auditing)
• Audit reporting skill, report reviewing skill, qualifying skill
• Communication skill, leadership skill and manpower management skill, coaching and supervisory skill.

Main Role

• To perform audit utilization as per company requirements (including audit delivery for another sector).
• To deliver Internal Audit and Supplier Audit with the highest integrity.
• To comply with all rules, regulations, and requirements from BSI and Accreditation Body to support client-centricity.
• To plan, deliver and report the Internal Audit and Supplier Audit activity in accordance with the timeline;
• To maintain competency and qualification as Internal Audit and Supplier Auditor (including other competency and qualification on hand); Actively support programs to maintain the accreditation status of BSI ID certification services.
• To develop competency, qualification, and business awareness to support the ISAA Sector.
