Job Purpose:
Brightpoint Fund Services GmbH, a company of the
Brightpoint Group, specializes in alternative investments and provides tailored
fund administration solutions for venture capital and private equity fund
managers.
For our Fund Operations division, we are looking for a
Client Manager Fund Operations (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.
In this role, you combine professional client
relationship management with operational responsibility. You manage Fund
Operations processes in the venture capital and private equity environment,
remain actively involved in day-to-day operations, and guide your operational
support Team both for skill development an personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage professional client communication
and relationship management in the area of Fund Operations, ensuring client
needs are understood and effectively addressed.
· Coordinate client requirements
internally and ensure structured, timely, and solution-oriented execution.
· Manage and execute ongoing Fund
Operations processes for venture capital and private equity fund structures.
· Work closely with the Young Talents,
provide technical guidance, and support knowledge transfer.
· Ensure high-quality fund data reflected
in the ERP system.
· Coordinate quarterly reports, special
reports, tax result notifications, and other fund documentation.
· Coordinate liquidity processes, capital
calls, and distributions to fund investors.
· Ensure high data quality, process
reliability, and compliance with internal standards.
· Identify optimization potential and
actively drive process improvements as well as digital workflows.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
● Completed degree
in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field;
alternatively, completed commercial training with sound experience in the fund
sector.
● Several years of
relevant professional experience in the financial services sector, ideally in
fund administration, fund operations, fund accounting, fund reporting, or
alternative investments.
● Strong people
orientation combined with clear, reliable, and service-oriented communication
skills.
● Strong
understanding of venture capital and private equity fund structures as well as
operational end-to-end processes.
● Very good
knowledge of accounting, fund reporting, investor data maintenance, transaction
processing, capital calls, and distributions.
● Experience in
professional client relationship management.
● Strong affinity
for AI, digital innovation, and modular toolkits, with the ability to identify
opportunities to further develop and improve digital and AI-enabled processes.
● Confident use of
relevant ERP systems and a strong affinity for digital processes.
● Structured,
solution-oriented, and independent working style.
● Fluent German
and English skills, both written and spoken.

Skills Required
