We are looking for a Client Manager – Corporate Segment to join our Corporate team based in Surabaya. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate Property & Casualty (P&C) clients across Eastern Indonesia.

We will count on you to:
Manage and maintain a portfolio of corporate Property & Casualty clients
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients through excellent account management
Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies and provide ongoing servicing to existing clients
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling initiatives
Develop new business opportunities and contribute to business growth within the assigned territory
Provide insurance solutions tailored to clients’ business needs
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence
Support the day-to-day business operations of the Surabaya office
Supervise and coach junior team member(s), where applicable
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Coverage - This role supports corporate clients across Eastern Indonesia, including Surabaya and surrounding regions, and may require occasional business travel

What you need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience within an insurance brokerage environment
Experience managing corporate Property & Casualty insurance portfolios is highly preferred
Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
Good understanding of corporate insurance products and the Indonesian insurance market
